Fri 8-26-2016. Mystery mold/asbestos job at McKim Hall to find a leak. Wall first thought to be wet sheetrock, now masonry but don't know if it's brick or block, most likely for partition not weight bearing. Scheduled for 6 am Saturday.

Wed 8-24-2016. Chemistry 142. Day 1. Asbestos transite panels in fume hood. Plumber disconnecting lines today. Floor tile asbestos vynil 9 inch tiles and abestos black mastic. No way to vent flammable fumes out of room right now. Asbestos counter tops.
Old Med School 4766 has the 3 radiators and asbestos elbows and asbestos black mastic above drop ceiling. The radiator asbestos insulation is below the floor in MED 3774B lab and an office in the hallway for 3rd radiator.

In the first week, the payroll system worked properly. If timekeeper had entered 8 UL on Thursday, there would be 8 UL and 3 OT for the week. In the second week, problems arise when more than 8 hours are input. Maybe the column Overtime Leave should be used. IRS defines overtime as more than 40 hours in a single week. Overtime as more than 8 hours in a day is a company benefit but it gobbles up your leave so at the end of the year, you're in trouble.

Explanation Week 29 to avoid leave and overtime in same week. Problem occurs when time keeper accounts for all 8 hours in a weekday. If you input only hours worked, the problem of taking your leave at half price does not occur.
