Fri 9-23-2016. Thornton Hall Rodman Room. Get HEPA vacuum and wand.
Alderman Library 2nd floor dirt room. Get oversize bag of asbestos. Get water spray tank.
Cochran House. Clean HEPA vacuum. To order: HEPA filter and at least 4 Socks. Vacuum bags on hand. Entry room complete. To do: bathroom floor tile.
Memorial Gym steam tunnel. Patch damaged asbestos insulation. For 6 am Monday.
Thu 9-22-2016. Leake Building stairway landing. Remove non-asbestos vinyl floor tile. Complete.
Alderman Library 2nd floor dirt room. Remove asbestos insulation around a tank. One oversize glovebag. Onsite large disposal bag and water tank sprayer.
Olson steam tunnel at Thornton/Emmet/Stadium. Patch asbestos insulation of pipe on left. Clean up pile of debris.
Cochran House. Remove bathroom vanity and entry room ramp. HEPA vacuum out of service. In mid-November new HEPA filters were installed in both upright vacuums. Onsite Neg Air #2. For more photos scroll down to Monday
Thornton Rodman Room. 6 am Fri pick up the other HEPA vacuum.
Wed 9-21-2016. Carruthers Hall main entrance renovation. Clean up fiberglass/asbestos insulation. Cut out the 2 smaller pipes. Patch/lag the larger pipe.
Corner Building basement at stairs. Remove 1 elbow of white mastic.
Thornton Hall Rodman Room, section A floor 2A. Replace damaged ceiling tiles. The asbestos-containing plaster ceiling above is in good condition. Leak through flex duct is to be addressed.
Tue 9-20-2016. Mechanical Engineering 323 to 327. Complete. It was 6 air handlers with black mastic above drop ceiling.
Leake B014. Carpet/tile/mastic/yellow adhesive.
Mon 9-19-2016. Cochran House behind KCRC. Floor tile / mastic in 2 rooms on concrete. Scheduled for Thu/Fri. KCRC is Kluge Children's Rehab Center now the Children's Hospital on West Main at JPA.
Mechanical Engineering 323 to 327. Seven air handlers with black mastic above drop ceiling. Tue 6 am.
Leake Building. Stairway landing vinyl floor tile (Tue). B014 carpet, vinyl tile, yellow carpet adhesive (today/Tue). Final photo is equipment I forgot Fri from Corner Building.
Former supervisor will borrow a tile bar at 6:45 am Tue.

To avoid leave and overtime in same week. Problem occurs when timekeeper accounts for hours not worked, instead of only hours worked. For example, if you're out Monday and record 8 hours university leave AND you work Saturday, that's 8 hours overtime. But you worked 40 hours! Getting paid 32 hr + 8 hr OT - 8 hr UL. If Monday is left blank, the software handles it like a flexible schedule, not 5 weekdays at 8 hours.
